The company was founded in 2014, is well funded for international growth and has offices in Glasgow, London and Singapore. In Singapore, we partnered with Tony Fernandes - the founder of Air Asia - to launch our Asia Pacific operations.

About the Role

As a key member of our growing Business Development team, you need to be flexible, resilient and driven, with a proven track record in sales and lead generation. You are keen to prove yourself in the fast-growing tech world and big data sector.

You will have the commitment and passion to ensure all our prospects and clients receive a unique experience when working with us. We want you to help us grow and develop this experience, using all available apps and tools to perform research on leads which allow the team to have a personalised approach for every lead. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Pre-sales prospecting, targeting, developing and qualifying prospective customers.
  • Thinking strategically through the lead generation process to ensure continuous improvement.
  • Using your imagination and creativity to craft messages that will stand out and generate responses.
  • Using all available apps and tools to perform research on leads which allows the team to have a personalised approach for every lead.
  • Consistently meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly targets.
  • Calling prospects, which includes C-level executives.
  • Daily use of CRM system to track all business development activities
  • Regularly attend trade shows to generate warm leads and meetings.

About You

Here’s some skills and experience that you’ll need to have in order to be successful in this role:

  • Degree level education or equivalent professional experience
  • Successful track record at cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting or selling in B2B
  • The ability to communicate with clients & colleagues in both written and spoken English – additional languages would be an advantage
  • 1-3 years of relevant work experience.

About the Role

We are seeking a Business Development Manager, to join our growing EMEA Sales & Marketing team. You will be an experienced BDM with a successful sales track record in meeting or exceeding individual and team quotas. You must have a good understanding of multichannel Retail and Travel companies and a strong appreciation of our technology.

You will generate business opportunities through professional, dedicated prospecting and cold-calling in addition to the efforts of the Inside Sales team. You will own the sales cycle, from lead generation to closure, including leading demos with clients.

You will be responsible for developing and maintaining senior-level relationships within target accounts. You will review the market to determine customer needs and report back changing market conditions to colleagues.

What the role specifically involves:

• You will report to the EMEA VP of Sales and work with sales and technical colleagues and our partners
• You will support the company's strategic objectives by executing a successful sales plan
• You will manage key senior-level relationships within client organisations
• You will be responsible for completing a full handover of all new business won to Customer Success & Account Manager colleagues
• You will maintain a monthly sales forecast
• You will meet and exceed all quarterly and annual sales quotas.

About You

Here’s the experience needed for this role:

• At least 2-5 years’ experience in sales, where you have consistently met and exceeded quotas
• Experience of a working in a start-up environment as well as large corporate organisations would be a bonus
• Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced, rapid change environment
• High level of fluency in written and verbal English; other European languages would be beneficial.

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our growing Customer Success team, based in our Singapore office. You will be an experienced account management professional, with excellent relationship management skills and a working knowledge of our subject matter – Customer Success Management – gained in either an agency or service provider, or as a practitioner.

What the role specifically involves:

You will report to the Managing Director of our Asia-Pacific region, and be part of our Global Customer Success team. You will act as the key point of contact to our APAC clients, and build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders within those accounts. You will work closely with the Marketing and Campaigns teams of our clients, discovering their objectives, capabilities and constraints - typically within Marketing and Strategic functions – and act as a key conduit between clients and your colleagues. You will follow existing processes defined by our Global CS lead, and help us invent new ones! We support our clients with key issues within their business, so the expectations and impact of this role on our clients are both high. The KPIs on which your success will be measured will be client satisfaction, client renewals and increasing contract values during the length of the contract.

You will own the day to day contact with signed-up clients, manage the transition from sales to client success, own the on-boarding process of new clients and manage the in-life relationship. You will also be involved in the contract renewal process and be asked to identify opportunities to up-sell products and services to clients.

Frequent travel anticipated.

About You

  • 2+ years’ experience in Account Management, ideally within a SaaS model
  • Deep understanding of the main areas of customer marketing (including customer segmentation; personalisation; campaign management & planning; and campaign measurement).
