About the Role

The sales research intern will be responsible for gathering data to identify prospective clients across the EMEA region, using a variety of tools including Microsoft Office applications, LinkedIn and Salesforce CRM systems.

You will have great communication skills, attention to detail, accuracy and strong I.T. skills.  You will be comfortable taking the initiative to find appropriate resources and relevant information.

The ideal candidate will be very organised, independent and committed to helping an ambitious team focus on delivering great results.

You will be working closely with the growing London team on the pre-sales process and it’s a unique opportunity to learn on the job from experienced professionals. 

Key Responsibilities

  • Daily use of CRM system
  • Researching potential new markets to find relevant prospects. 
  • Using all available apps and tools to perform research on leads which allow the team to have a personalised approach for every lead.

About You

Here’s some skills and experience that you’ll need to be successful in this role:

  • Bachelor degree or equivalent
  • Some internship or work experience would be helpful
  • Successful track record at cold calling, lead generation, appointment setting or selling in B2B.
  • The ability to communicate with clients & colleagues in both written and spoken English.

About our Data Services Team

It’s common for data hygiene projects to take many months, holding up time-to-value for business users who want to make money from customer insights. Our Data Services team are inventing innovative approaches to optimizing the data pipeline that feeds our marketing platform. As a result, we have cut deployment times to a fraction of traditional methods, increasingly automating data pipeline that converts raw client data into a standardized data model. This deployment method is creating a new paradigm for how business can deploy customer insight solutions to rapidly execute customer marketing. The team is currently small but we expect it to grow substantially over the next two years.

About the Role

The Head of Data Services is a new role in a rapidly growing start-up environment. You will lead a small but growing team to develop operations and methodologies.

Reporting to: Chief Technology Officer

What the role involves:

  • Analyzing transactional data sets and seeking anomalies that impact the integrity of analysis
  • Classifying anomalies and mapping them to appropriate solutions in our expanding library
  • Communicating with and supporting client teams who provide the raw data
  • Developing processes and design automation steps incrementally
  • Building high performing, process driven teams from small beginnings
