Big Data for Humans, the world’s leading customer insight automation provider to retail and travel companies, has announced further growth in the APAC market after securing a major new contract with Philippine Seven Corporation (7-Eleven), the country’s largest convenience store group.

The company has been signed up to support and develop Manilla-based 7-Eleven’s customer marketing operation, using automated data science to enhance campaigns across the retailer’s 2000 store network.

Having launched their APAC office in Singapore last year, this latest win boosts Big Data for Humans’ rapid expansion into the Asian market where they already count Air Asia as a client, as well as building on their fast-paced growth in Europe where clients include Selfridges, Tesco and Jelmoli.

Philippine Seven Corporation is part of the global 7-Eleven chain of franchises and license stores. Jose Victor Paterno President Philippine Seven Corporation said: ‘We want to generate more customer insights from our data-stream and use these effectively to improve our marketing, and we were impressed by the potential of Big Data for Humans’ Customer Graph to help us achieve this. Their cost effective and insightful approach to customer marketing made them the right partner for our customer marketing strategy.’

Big Data For Humans was founded in 2014 and was first to market with an automated customer insights platform which is transforming the way retail and travel businesses understand and sell to their customers, helping deliver deeper understanding of customers, more effective marketing, increased customer value and revenue. At its heart is the 'Customer Graph', a ground-breaking platform which empowers business users at all levels to use automated customer insights to power their marketing.

Sheila Power, Big Data For Humans’ Managing Director APAC commented: ‘We’re delighted to be working with the 7-Eleven Philippines team, and this win builds on what has already been a very successful start for us in the Asia Pacific market. Big Data for Humans is a business founded by retail experts with a depth of understanding of retail customer marketing that is hard to beat. 7-Eleven is the leading convenience retailer in the Philippines, and we believe there is huge potential for us to deliver some exciting results for their business in the months ahead.’
