Eileen Blackburn and Brian Milne, partners of French Duncan LLP were appointed Joint Administrators of the Company on 14 March 2019. The affairs, business and property are being managed by the Joint Administrators. The Joint Administrators are agents of the Company and act without personal liability.
Edinburgh-based Big Data for Humans, the world’s leading customer insight automation provider to retail and travel companies, has boosted its global operation with several appointments in the firm’s London and Singapore offices.
The startup, which is transforming the way retail and travel businesses win, serve and retain their customers, has appointed Sheila Power to the role of chief strategy officer, following her work launching Big Data for Humans’ Asia-Pacific business last year. Based in London, Power brings more than 15 years of international experience in data driven customer marketing for retail and travel businesses to the role – including 10 years at Mastercard’s 5one.
The company’s Singapore Office, which counts Air Asia and 7-Eleven amongst its clients, will be headed up by new managing director APAC Emma Mourad – a former Linkedin South East Asia Manager with knowledge of scaling up tech businesses in the region. Joining Mourad will be business development director Kit Foong, and former Aimia senior account director Karen Ooi, who becomes Big Data for Humans’ new senior solutions consultant.
At the company’s European base in London, former 5one senior managing consultant Sarah Jarvis joins as senior solutions consultant. Luxury retail and travel specialist Kenz Mroue is joining from Luxia to become business development manager, and Rosemon Meissner joins the business from Google as inside sales executive.

Founded in Scotland in 2014, the business received $1.2m investment funding in 2015 and a further $3m in 2016. Clients include Air Asia, Tesco and Selfridges.
